Your public profile is visible to anyone with your URL (like reffes.com/p/your-name). This allows you to easily share it with recruiters. Reference requests and notifications are private.
You cannot edit received references (to maintain authenticity), but you can hide specific references from your public profile if you wish. You can also delete pending requests.
